RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
WITH JUDSON COLLEGE
(Jerusha Avenue)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be
and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Real Estate
Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with Judson College,
for the sale of 4 . 15 acres located east of Route 31 and north of
Jerusha Avenue, Elgin, for $100, 000, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference .
