HomeMy WebLinkAbout02-260 Resolution No. 02-260 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED AND EASEMENT AGREEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES FROM THE FOX RIVER WATER RECLAMATION DISTRICT (801 N. McLean Boulevard) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute and accept a Quit Claim Deed and Easement Agreement for sanitary sewer purposes from the Fox River Water Reclamation District for the property legally described on Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached hereto.
