RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN ENHANCED 9-1-1- NETWORK SERVICE
CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE AGREEMENT WITH AMERITECH
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that
Olufemi Folarin, Interim City Manager, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be and
are hereby authorized and directed to execute an Enhanced 9-1-1 Network
Service Customer Acceptance Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with
Ameritech for prepayment of 911 access line charges, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.

RESOLUTION 02-250 ADOPTED AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BAXTER & WOODMAN, INC. FOR A
SANITARY SEWER MASTER PLAN UPDATE
Councilmember Figueroa made a motion, seconded by Councilmember
Munson, to adopt the following resolution. Upon a roll call vote : Yeas :
Councilmembers Figueroa, Gilliam, Munson, Walters, Yearman and
Mayor Schock. Nays : None .

AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
BAXTER & WOODMAN, INC. FOR A SANITARY SEWER MASTER PLAN UPDATE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that pursuant to Elgin Municipal Code Section 5.02.0206(9) the City Council hereby
finds that an exception to the requirements of the procurement ordinance is necessary
and in the best interests of the city; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Olufemi Folarin, Interim City Manager, and
Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
Engineering Services Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with Baxter & Woodman,
480
