RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A GRANT APPLICATION FROM
THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
FOR TRINITY TERRACE PARK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk,
be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a grant
application on behalf of the City of Elgin from the Illinois
Department of Natural Resources for the development of Trinity
Terrace Park under the Open Space Lands Acquisition and
Development (OSLAD) program and the Land & Water Conservation
Fund (LWCF) program, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof by reference.
