RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE UNDERGROUND AND SURFACE
IMPROVEMENTS IN VANTAGE DRIVE, SOUTH OF TECHNOLOGY DRIVE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for maintenance the
underground and surface improvements, which include water main,
storm sewer, street lights and streets in Vantage Drive, south of
Technology Drive .
