RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
BLACK & VEATCH CORPORATION FOR FOX RIVER DREDGING
AT THE RIVERSIDE WATER TREATMENT PLANT INTAKE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Olufemi Folarin, Interim City Manager, and Dolonna
Mecum, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute an agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with Black &
Veatch Corporation for engineering services for dredging of the
Fox River at the Riverside Water Treatment Plant Intake, a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
