RESOLUTION
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Joseph DeSerto be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Building Commission, for a term to expire May 1,
2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Thomas Lohbauer be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Electrical Committee, for a term to
expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ronald Ruffie be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Electrical Committee, for a term to
expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that John Bero be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Plumbing Committee, for a term to
expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Patrick Hudgens be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Warm Air Heating Committee, for a
term to expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Brenda Rodgers be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the Civil Service Commission, for a term
to expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that James Burns be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Elgin Emergency Telephone System
Board (E-911) , for a term to expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Donna Scott be and is hereby
retained as a member of the Elgin Emergency Telephone System Board
(E-911) notwithstanding such member' s previous failure to meet
minimum attendance requirements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ronald O'Neal be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Board of Fire and Police
Commissioners, for a term to expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Miriam Scott be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Board of Fire and Police
Commissioners, for a term to expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Dr. Ronald Hirsch be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Board of Health, for a term to
expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Gus Stuart be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Board of Health, for a term to
expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Robert Smith be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Hemmens Advisory Board, for a term
to expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Stuart Wasilowski be and is hereby
appointed as the ex-officio member from the City Council as a
member of the Hemmens Advisory Board, for a term to expire May 1,
2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Kathleen A. Weber be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the Hemmens Advisory Board, for a term to
expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Dan Miller be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Heritage Commission, for a term to
expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Dennis Roxworthy be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Heritage Commission, for a term to
expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Steven Stroud be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Heritage Commission, for a term to
expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ina Dews be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Human Relations Commission, for a
term to expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Dionnes Rivera be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Human Relations Commission, for a
term to expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Paul Maring be and is hereby
reappointed as a member and as Chairman of the Image Advisory
Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Christine Awe be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Image Advisory Commission, for a
term to expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Bobbi Engelby be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Image Advisory Commission, for a
term to expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Barbara Flanigan be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Image Advisory Commission, for a
term to expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Fran Wieser be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the Image Advisory Commission, for a term
to expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Shirley Friedland be and is hereby
retained as a member of the Image Advisory Commission
notwithstanding such member' s previous failure to meet minimum
attendance requirements .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Robert Gilliam be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Local Liquor Control Commission, for
a term to expire April 30, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Marianne Nelson be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Parks and Recreation Board, for a
term to expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Christopher Barry be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Parks and Recreation Board, for a
term to expire May 1, 2005 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Patrick Hines be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Property Maintenance Board of
Appeals, for a term to expire May 1, 2007 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Barbara Maring be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Property Maintenance Board of
Appeals, for a term to expire May 1, 2007 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Fredrick W. Radloff be and is
hereby reappointed as a member of the Board of Examiners of
Stationary Engineers, for a term to expire May 1, 2005 .
