RESOLUTION
APPOINTING GREGORY W. SMITH AS A MEMBER
OF THE ELGIN HERITAGE COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Gregory W. Smith be and is hereby appointed as a
member of the Elgin Heritage Commission to fulfill the unexpired
term of James Mullally, for a term to expire May 1, 2003 .
