RESOLUTION
RATIFYING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A PLAT OF EASEMENT GRANT
FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES AND SIDEWALK IN THE
RANDALL POINT EXECUTIVE CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby ratifies the acceptance of a plat of
easement grant from PanCor Construction and Development, LLC for
public utilities and sidewalk over property legally described on
the attached Exhibit A and located in the Randall Point Executive
Center.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause the plat of easement grant to be
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Kane County,
Illinois .
