RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A MEMORANDUM OF INTENT
FOR A WATER MAIN EASEMENT FOR BOWES CREEK ESTATES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk,
be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Memorandum
of Intent for a Water Main Easement for Bowes Creek Estates on
behalf of the City of Elgin with West Ridge Community Christian
Church, George F. Deihs, Trustee of the George F. Deihs Trust,
LaSalle National Bank, N.A. , a/t/u Trust Agreement dated 6/15/90
a/k/a Trust No. 115287, Edward Kendall , Olga Kendall , Union
National Bank and Trust Company, a/t/u Trust Agreement dated
3/10/92 a/k/a Trust No. 1395 and Bowes Road Partners, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference .
