RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A MEMORANDUM OF INTENT
FOR A SEWER LINE EASEMENT FOR BOWES CREEK ESTATES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk,
be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Memorandum
of Intent for a Sewer Line Easement for Bowes Creek Estates on
behalf of the City of Elgin with Bowes Road Partners, George F.
Deihs, Trustee of the George F. Deihs Trust, and Union National
Bank and Trust Company, a/t/u Trust Agreement dated 3/10/92 a/k/a
Trust No. 1395, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference.
