RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT
WITH THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be
and are hereby authorized and directed to execute an Easement
Agreement between the City of Elgin and the United States Postal
Service for the purpose of construction and installation of
riverfront improvements as part of the Elgin Riverwalk Project 1
Plans prepared by Hitchcock Design Group, issued July 22 , 2001 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause the Easement Agreement to be
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Kane County,
Illinois .
