RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH
BRIDGE DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS LLC TO PROVIDE SEWER SERVICE
TO 88 AIRPORT ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Joyce A. Parker, City Manager, and Dolonna Mecum,
City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute
an agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with Bridge
Development Partners LLC for the installation of a privately-
owned force main to provide sewer service to 88 Airport Road, a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference .
