RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CULTURAL ARTS COMMISSION
GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE ELGIN ENRICHMENT SERIES FOR A LECTURE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Joyce A. Parker, City Manager, and Dolonna Mecum,
City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Grant Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with the Elgin
Enrichment Series for a $1, 850 grant for a lecture in October 2001,
pursuant to the Cultural Arts Commission Arts and Culture Grants
Program, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof
by reference.
