HomeMy WebLinkAbout01-288 Recorded • Resolution No. 01-288 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT FOR WATER MAIN PURPOSES FROM THE ELGIN STATE BANK BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute an Easement Agreement for water main purposes from Elgin State Bank for the property legally described on Exhibit B of the Easement Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto. Randall Road, Elgin, Illinois 60123, conveys to Grantee, CITY OF ELGIN, an Illinois municipal corporation, 150 Dexter Court, Elgin, Illinois, 60120, its agents or successors, a permanent, exclusive easement for Grantee' s water line construction, operating, altering, replacing and maintenance purposes on, through and under the land belonging to Grantor, located in the County of Kane, described as follows (as shown on Plat or Drawing of Easement attached as Exhibit A). (b Legal Description: See Exhibit B, attached hereto.
