RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT
FOR WATER MAIN PURPOSES FROM THE ELGIN STATE BANK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be
and are hereby authorized and directed to execute an Easement
Agreement for water main purposes from Elgin State Bank for the
property legally described on Exhibit B of the Easement Agreement,
a copy of which is attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause the easement agreement to be
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Kane County,
Illinois .

Illinois 60123, conveys
to Grantee, CITY OF
ELGIN, an Illinois
municipal corporation,
150 Dexter Court, Elgin,
Illinois, 60120, its
agents or successors, a
permanent, exclusive
easement for Grantee' s water line construction, operating,
altering, replacing and maintenance purposes on, through and under
the land belonging to Grantor, located in the County of Kane,
described as follows (as shown on Plat or Drawing of Easement
attached as Exhibit A).
(b Legal Description: See Exhibit B, attached hereto.
Jr This Agreement does not preclude Grantor from improving the
easement area, provided that such improvements do not damage or
D° burden any public utilities therein and provided that no permanent
structures are erected upon said easement area.
3 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Grantor has caused its corporate seal to
0 be hereto affixed, and has caused its name to be signed to these
presents by its Board Chairman and Secretary.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the corporate authorities have hereunto set
