RESOLUTION
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Marlene Carter be and is hereby appointed as a
member of the Civil Service Commission to fulfill the unexpired
term of Arturo Zamudio, for a term to expire May 1, 2002 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Royce M. Blackwell be and is
hereby appointed as a member of the Civil Service Commission to
fulfill the unexpired term of Janice Stolt, for a term to expire
May 1, 2003 .
