RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT FOR THE
ANNEXATION AGREEMENT FOR OAK RIDGE DEVELOPMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk,
be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of
the City of Elgin an Extension Agreement for the Annexation
Agreement for Oak Ridge Development, Annexation Ordinance S11-90,
Dated July 25, 1990, and the Zoning Ordinance G33-90, Dated
July 25, 1990 with First American Bank of Kane County Trust
Numbers 86-010 and 86-030, Frederick E. Johnson and First
American Bank of Kane County as Co-Trustees of Trust A Under Will
of Earl H. Gromer, Dated October 9, 1985, and Elgin-Lake
Properties, an Illinois Corporation, as Joint Venturers Known as
The Oak Ridge Development Joint Venture I and II , a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
