RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CULTURAL ARTS COMMISSION
GRANT AGREEMENT WITH TALISMAN THEATRE
(Romeo & Juliet)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Joyce A. Parker, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Grant Agreement on behalf of
the City of Elgin with Talisman Theatre for a $20 , 000 grant for
performances of Romeo & Juliet pursuant to the Cultural Arts
Commission Arts and Culture Grants Program, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference .
