RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF A REQUEST TO THE GOVERNOR OF THE
STATE OF ILLINOIS FOR ALLOCATION OF ADDITIONAL YEAR 2001
INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BOND CAPACITY AND AUTHORITY FOR THE
CELL PARTS MANUFACTURING PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Raymond H. Moller, Director of Economic Development
and Business Services, be and is hereby authorized and directed to
submit on behalf of the City of Elgin to the Governor of the State
of Illinois a request for an additional allocation of 2001
Industrial Revenue Bond capacity and authority in the amount of
$1, 300 , 000 for the Cell Parts Manufacturing Project .
