RESOLUTION
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Lynne Diamond be and is hereby appointed as a member
of the Design Review Subcommittee, for a term to expire June 30,
2002 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Pat Hudgens be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Building Commission for a term to
expire May 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that John Henrici be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Electrical Committee for a term to
expire May 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Jerry Roberts be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Plumbing Committee for a term to
expire May 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Jim Biewer be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Warm Air Heating Committee for a
term to expire May 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Odalie Kelley be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Civil Service Commission for a term
to expire May 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ruth Munson be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Economic Development Council for a
term to expire April 3 , 2003 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Stanley E. Sphatt be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Elgin Emergency Telephone System
Board for a term to expire May 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Timothy J. Bates be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Board of Fire and Police
Commissioners for a term to expire May 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that William Chesbrough be and is
hereby reappointed as a member of the Board of Fire and Police
Commissioners for a term to expire May 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Dr. Franz G. Stockmann be and is
hereby reappointed as a member of the Board of Health for a term to
expire May 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Harriet Ward be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Board of Health for a term to expire
May 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Edward Whitcomb be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Board of Health for a term to expire
May 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Floyd Brown be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Hemmens Advisory Board for a term to
expire May 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Timothy Williams be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Hemmens Advisory Board for a term to
expire May 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that David K. Jurina be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Elgin Heritage Commission for a term
to expire May 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Eric Pepa be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Elgin Heritage Commission for a term
to expire May 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Wellesley E. Scott, Jr. be and is
hereby appointed as a member of the Human Relations Commission for
a term to expire May 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Somlith Visaysouk be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Human Relations Commission for a
term to expire May 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Gregory Guerrero be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Image Advisory Commission for a term
to expire May 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Vicki Kirkland be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Image Advisory Commission for a term
to expire May 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Paul Maring be and is hereby
reappointed as chairman of the Image Advisory Commission for a term
to expire May 1, 2002 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Stuart Wasilowski be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Liquor Control Commission for a term
to expire April 1, 2003 .

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Richard Evans be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Parks and Recreation Board for a
term to expire May 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ann Schneck be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Parks and Recreation Board for a
term to expire May 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Barbara Brown be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the Parks and Recreation Board for a term
to expire May 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Michael Bailey be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the Parks and Recreation Board to fulfill
the unexpired term of J. Robert Edwards, for a term to expire
May 1, 2003 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Stephen Silva be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the Property Maintenance Board of Appeals
to fulfill the unexpired term of Daniel Palmer, for a term to
expire May 1, 2003 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ray Diehl be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Board of Examiners of Stationary
Engineers for a term to expire May 1, 2004 .
