RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
FOR THE PURCHASE OF 360 , 372 AND 383 N. STATE STREET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be
and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Real Estate
Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with Chris
Soderstrom, for the purchase of property commonly known as 360, 372
and 383 N. State Street, Elgin, for $164 , 099, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference .
