RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALE CONTRACT
(Hammond Avenue and St . Charles Street)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Real Estate Sale Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with
Vijay Kumar Gupta and Dolly Gupta, for the purchase of
property commonly known as 528 Hammond Avenue, 503-505, 507,
509, 511, 513 , 517 and 519 Hammond Avenue and 1001, 1003 and
1005-1007 St . Charles Street, Elgin, for $960, 960, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
