RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALE AGREEMENT FOR THE
PURCHASE OF 96 S. GROVE AVENUE
(Crocker Theater)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Real Estate Sale Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with
Parkway Bank and Trust Company, as Trustee under Trust
Agreement Dated August 4 , 1994 , known as Trust Number 10893
and not individually, Dominic Q. Buttitta and Anthony
Buttitta, for the purchase of property commonly known as 96 S .
Grove Avenue, Elgin, for $600, 000, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
