RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CULTURAL ARTS COMMISSION
GRANT AGREEMENT WITH P.A.D. S . OF ELGIN
(Elgin Watch City Music Festival)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Joyce A. Parker, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Grant Agreement on behalf
of the City of Elgin with P.A.D. S . of Elgin for a $6, 000 grant
for the Elgin Watch City Music Festival to be held on
Saturday, July 15, 2000 pursuant to the Cultural Arts
Commission Arts and Culture Grants Program, a copy of which is
