RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CULTURAL ARTS COMMISSION
GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE TALISMAN THEATRE
(Shakespeare in the Park)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Joyce A. Parker, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Grant Agreement on behalf
of the City of Elgin with the Talisman Theatre for a $20, 000
grant for the Shakespeare in the Park production of "The Merry
Wives of Windsor" pursuant to the Cultural Arts Commission
Arts and Culture Grants Program, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference .
