RESOLUTION
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that John F. Hurlbut be and is hereby appointed as a
member of the Planning and Development Commission for a term
to expire July 1, 2003 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that David Kaptain be and is
hereby reappointed as a member of the Planning and Development
Commission for a term to expire July 1 , 2003 .
