HomeMy WebLinkAbout00-143 Recorded Resolution No. 00-143 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF A GRANT AND PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR A SANITARY SEWER LINE FROM WINDSOR DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (1162 N. McLean Boulevard) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute and accept a grant and plat of easement for the construction and maintenance of a sanitary sewer line from Windsor Development Corporation, over the property legally described as follows : The Westerly 10 feet of the Easterly 20 feet of the Southerly 159 feet of Lot 2 , and the Westerly 10 feet of the Easterly 20 feet of the Northerly 77 . 23 feet of Lot 3 , and the Southerly 10 feet of the Northerly 77 . 23 feet of the Easterly 191 . 50 feet of Lot 3 (except the easterly 20 feet thereof) , all in the Commerce Center Subdivision, being a Subdivision in part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3 , Township 41 North, Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the Plat thereof recorded December 4 , 1984 as Document No. 1704394 , in the City of Elgin, Kane County, Illinois . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause the Grant of Easement and the Plat of Easement prepared by J.A. S .
