RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CULTURAL ARTS COMMISSION
GRANT AGREEMENT WITH ELGIN COMMUNITY COLLEGE--STUDENT LIFE
(Cecilia ' s Circle)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Joyce A. Parker, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Grant Agreement on behalf
of the City of Elgin with Elgin Community College--Student
Life for a $2 , 560 grant for a performance by Cecilia ' s Circle
pursuant to the Cultural Arts Commission Arts and Culture
Grants Program, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference .
