NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that Fire Barn #3 located upon the property legally described as follows : Lot 9 in Block 9 of Grandview Addition to Elgin, in the City of Elgin, Kane County, Illinois . be and is hereby designated as a historical landmark as provided in Chapter 20 . 06 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as amended.
