AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G114-04
CLASSIFYING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN THE
PNB PLANNED NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT
(HPI – L.L.C., East Assemblage – 3750 and 3751 West Highland Avenue)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. G114-04 be and is hereby amended in its
entirety to read as follows:
Section 1. That Chapter 19.07, Section 19.07.600 entitled “Zoning
District Map” of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and are hereby
altered by including in the PNB Planned Neighborhood Business District, the
following described property:
The boundaries herein before laid out in the ‘Zoning District Map’, as
amended, be and are hereby altered by including in the PNB Planned
Neighborhood Business District, the following described property (parcel
numbers as referenced are as indicated on the Preliminary Subdivision Plat):
Those areas on the attached zoning map, prepared by JEN Land Design,
Inc., and dated June 15, 2004, and last revised December 3, 2004, designated in
the PNB Planned Neighborhood Business District.
Excepting therefrom any portion of such territory lying within the area
described as follows:
THAT PART THEREOF LYING NORTHEAST OF THE LINE 300
FEET SOUTHWEST OF AND PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTHWEST LINE
OF BIG TIMBER ROAD, IN THE TOWNSHIP OF RUTLAND, KANE
COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of
this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be full force and effect after its passage in the
manner provided by law.
