Dewis, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute and accept a Plat of Easement & Vacation Granting a City Easement for watermain and sanitary sewer purposes from Shree Kaira, LLC regarding the property legally described on said plat prepared by Alan J. Coulson, P.C.,dated April 10,2019, last revised on May 20, 2019, a copy of which is attached hereto.
