AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN ANNEXATION AGREEMENT
LaSALLE NATIONAL BANK, AS TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT NO. 53570 DATED AN ORDINANCE
VACATING A PORTION OF PARKWOOD II, UNIT ONE
SEPTEMBER 27, 1977 AND U.S. SHELTER, INC. ,
AN ILLINOIS CORPORATION BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
WHEREAS, on November 14, 1978 the City of Elgin entered into an Section 1. That it is in the public interest that a portion of
