H. Andresen and Associates, Inc. , an Illinois corporation, requesting that the City of, Elgin annex that portion of a public street herain- iftr described, which is con.tigaous to the corporate lirnits of th( City, of Elgin, and WHEREAS, a certain portion of the public street or highway hereinafter des- O crilbed lies outside of ?aut contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Elgin and is not within any other mun citpality, and the City Council of Elgin feels that it is to the best interest of the general public that such portion of said strwet lying outside of the corporate limits be; annexed to that portion of said streF.t already lying withixr, the corporate limits of the City of Elgin. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the territory and land described as follows, to-wit: c A 66 foot strip of land described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of McLean Boulevard extended Norterly with the. Northerly lime of Wing Street e;eten-sled Westerly; thence Northwesterly along said Northerly Una of Wing Street extended Westerly a distance of 522.4 feet; thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line of a public road that forms an angle of 43 degrees 31 minutes to the right with the prolongation of the last described course a distance of 534.09 feet; thence Southerly along a line that forms an ar,.gle of 144 degrees 30 minutes to the left with the prolongation of the last described course a distance of 113.66 feet to a point in a line that is 66 feet Southwesterly of and parallel with the Northeasterly line of a public road &a aforesaid; thence Southeasterly along said parallel lime a distance Of 767.91 feet to a point in a line that is 66 feet Southerly of and parallel with the Northerly line of Wing Street extended Westerly; thence Southeasterly along said parallel line a di�-"ance of 570.20 feet to the West line of McLean 80ulevard; thence Northerly along the West line of McLean Boulevard extended Northerly a distance of 69.34 feet to the place of beginning.
