Home My WebLink AboutG44-93 (2) Ordinance No. G44-93 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7 . 04 ENTITLED "DOGS" OF THE ELGIN MUNICIPAL CODE, 1976, AS AMENDED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS : Section 1 . That Chapter 7 . 04 entitled . "Dogs" of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further amended by amending Section 7 . 04 . 120A to read as follows : A. No person shall permit more than three dogs to be kept in or about any single-family residence or more than two dogs in any single-family unit of any multiple-family housing building within the city. Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed. Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately after its passage in the manner provided by law.
