Re: Addendum to Grand Victoria Pavilion Liquor License
We are requesting a revision to the current liquor license Grand Victoria Casino holds to allow
for packaged sale of beer/wine.
Grand Victoria's intent is as follows;
The sale of single bottled craft beer, single bottled wine, and gift baskets with bottled beer and
wine enclosed.
The sale of said items to be offered during the current hours of alcoholic sales.
It is our belief the sale of individual beer/wine privileges would allow Grand Victoria to recoup
revenue loss on individual sales as a result of the recently established City of Elgin Liquor Tax
that was imposed by law.
Local and State law requirements to be followed through BASSET training of all applicable
person(s) employed by Grand Victoria Casino.
