AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND THE TRAFFIC CONTROL ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR AN
ADDITIONAL ONE WAY STREET ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN ,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1 . That Article VIII of Chapter 17 of the City Code
of Elgin , be , and the same hereby is,, amended. by adding to sub-
section (c ) of Section 17-805 , . design-ating one- way streets on
which traffic moves in, a Northerly direction , the following
additional street , to-wit :
North Crystal Street , from West Highland Avenue to
Mountain Street.
Section 2 . That all ordinances or' parts thereof. in conflict
herewith be , and the same hereby are , repealed and of no further
force and effect ,
Section3 . That this Ordinance shall be effective from and
after its passage , as provided by law, and. shall be published in
pamphlet form by authority of the City Council ,
