(Date) BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that only those streets, highways, and operations as listed and described on the approved Municipal Estimate of Maintenance Costs, including supplemental or revised estimates approved in connection with this resolution, are eligible for maintenance with Motor Fuel Tax funds during the period as specified above. This provides for the maintenance of various municipal streets from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016 and appropriates$3,000,000.00 of Motor Fuel Tax(MFT) Funds for the subject section. Additionally, the Detailed Estimate of Maintenance Cost in the amount of$3,000,000.00 for municipal streets was also approved as of June 29, 2017. The authorization for expenditure of$3,000,000.00 for municipal maintenance from the Village's Unobligated MFT Account is authorized. Enclosed is one copy each for your records.
