MINUTES OF MEETING
August 6, 2008
The regular meeting of the Zoning and Subdivision Hearing Board was called to order at 7:02 p.m.
on Wednesday, August 6, 2008, in the City Council Chambers by Chairman Langlois.
Members Present: Jay Cox, Cristina Castro, Loretta Revcsz, Jack Roder, Daniel Weiler, and
Chairman Robert Langlois.
Members Excused: Beth Kruger
Staff Present: Matthew Fitzgibbon, Assistant Community Development Director, and Denise
Momodu, Associate Planner.
Approval of Minutes: Mr. Roder moved to approve the minutes of the June 4, 2008 regular
meeting, as submitted. Mr. Cox seconded the motion, which was adopted by a vote of six (6) yes,
and zero (0) no.
• Oath Administered: The court reporter administered the oath to all persons desiring to testify.
PETITIONS TO BE HEARD:
CONSIDERATION OF PETITION 26-08 REQUESTING A VARIATION OF PSFR2 PLANNED
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT ZONING ORDINANCE NO. G30-03, SECTION G.,
SITE DESIGN, TO PERMIT A REDUCTION OF THE REQUIRED BUILDING SETBACK
FROM THE REAR LOT LINE, AND AN INCREASE IN THE MAXIMUM RESIDENTIAL
FLOOR AREA IN THIS PSFR2 PLANNED SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT, TO
PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SUNROOM ADDITION WITHIN THE REQUIRED
REAR YARD SETBACK• PROPERTY LOCATED AT 377 FOUNTAIN AVENUE BY DEANNE
MILLER AND NICHOLE JUNGE, AS APPLICANTS AND OWNERS.
MOTION ADOPTED—6 YES, 0 NO.
Testimony is contained within a verbatim transcript recorded at the public hearing and within a
Variation Review prepared by the Community Development Group.No objectors were present.Ms.
Castro moved to recommend that Petition 26-08 be approved, subject to the conditions outlined in
the Variation Review. Mr. Roder seconded the motion,which was adopted by a vote of six (6) yes
and zero (0) no.
SUMMARY OF PENDING APPLICATIONS: Ms. Momodu gave a summary of pending
applications.
