MINUTES OF MEETING
JANUARY 6, 1999
The regular meeting of the Zoning and Subdivision Hearing Board
was called to order at 7 : 00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 6 , 1999 In
Lie Police Facility Press Room in the by Chairman Ralph Tiberl .
MEMBERS PRESENT: Claude Hamlin, Reggio COX, Greg Tyson and
Chairman Ralph Tlberi .
MEMBERS ABSENT: Denise Harding-Hopkins , Ahmed Raza Khan, and A.
Bruce Trego.
STAFF PRESENT: Jazzy Deering, Principal Planner and Lauren
Kieck, Associate Planner.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Mr. Tyson moved to recommend approval Of
file minutes of the December 16 , 1990 regularmHating as
submitted . Mr. Hamlin seconded the motion which was adopted by
a vote of four yes and zero no.

PETITION 77-98 REQUESTING A CONDITIONAL USE FOR A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT IN THE AS AREA BUSINESS DISTRICT) PROPERTY LOCATED
