Smith noted that the reorganization rc endations
are a request to the city to give thisorganization
the latitude to make real decisions about the
downtown and not have to take everything through the
City Council .
Roberson moved to table this ilssue
and call a
special meeting to discuss this matter further.

Debbie Fier to pill directors regarding the special
atoting date . The choices are March 20 , 24 , or 25

drawings of the Riverside, Drive and NBD Bank
Ken Moran replied that his c mmittec is
consulting with City staff regarding the best
way to proceed with this effort.
