President DtFulvio explained to the Board theL Ms . Parker wished to address the members . Ms . Parker expressed the City ' s continued support Eur New Century Partnership and wished to continue its partner relationship in revitalizing the downtown . She explained that recent meetings with the Partnership' s Reorganization Committee had been held so that she could • learn of the Partnership' s preferences for Organiza Lion and plans for implementing that plan .
