Cox, Steve Silva, Patrick Hudgens, Gary Lichthardt and Ann Stewart MEMBERS ABSENT: Bruce Corn, Pat Hines and Ann Stewart STAFF PRESENT: Sheila Caza CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Cox at 5:07 p.m. in the Second Floor Conference Room, North Tower. MINUTES: A motion was made by Jay W. Cox to approve the minutes from the Regular meeting on October 2, 2007, seconded by Gary Lichthardt. Vote of 4 to 0. Motion carried and passed unanimously. OLD BUSINESS: None. NEW BUSINESS: Election of new officers for 2009. A motion to nominate Jay W. Cox for Chairperson was made by Steve Silva, seconded by Patrick Hudgens. Vote of 4 to 0. Motion carried and unanimously approved. A motion for vice-chairperson was made by Patrick Hudgens to nominate Gary Lichthardt, seconded by Steve Silva. Vote of 4 to 0.
