(Date) BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that only those streets, highways, and operations as listed and described on the approved Municipal Estimate of Maintenance Costs, including supplemental or revised estimates approved in connection with this resolution, are eligible for maintenance with Motor Fuel Tax funds during the period as specified above. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk shall, as soon a practicable after the close of the period as given above, submit to the Department of Transportation, on forms furnished by said Department , a certified statement showing expenditures from and balances remaining in the account(s)for this period; and BE IT FU: HER RES. This provides for the maintenance of various municipal streets from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014 and appropriates $2,900,000.00 of ".rotor Fuel Tax MFT) Funds for the subject section. Additionally, the Detailed Estimate of Maintenance Cost in the amount of $2,900,000.00 for municipal streets was also approved as of March 24, 2014. The authorization for expenditure of$2,900,000.00 for municipal maintenance from the City's Unobligated MFT Account is authorized. Enclosed is one copy each for your records.
