McMullin to adjourn to executive session at 7:01 p.m. The motion carried 4-0. Cmmr. McMullin made the motion, seconded by Cmmr. Robbins to return to open session at 7:52 p.m. The motion carried 4-0. Cmmr. McMullin made the motion, seconded to approve the proposed changes to Civil Service Rules and Regulations as discussed. The motion carried 4-0. Adjournment There being no further business to discuss, Chair Rouse called for a motion to adjourn. Cmmr. Robbins, made the motion, seconded by Cmmr.
