The regular meeting of tile Planninu and Development Commission was called to older at 2:W
pm. on Monday. September 20, 2604 in the City C'nuncil Chambers.

Approval of Minuler: Mr. Nelson moved to approve Iltc minora of the September ], 2004
regular meeting, as submi0ed- Ms. Angell-Case seconded the motion, which oras adopted by a
vote of four yes, zero no and one abstention.
Mr. Nekon made a motion to appoint Mr. David Kaptain as Cbainnan for the evening due to the
choicer ol'Uhaimtan John HunHim. Ms. Sowers seconded the motion, vs dch was adopted by a
