Bowman to adjourn to executive session at 5:10 p.m. for the purpose of conducting interviews for the position of Customer Service Clerk. Motion carried 3-0 Cmmr. Zapata made the motion, seconded by Cmmr. Bowman to return to open session at 5:45 p.m. Motion carried 3-0 Approval of the Minutes Cmmr. Bowman made the motion, seconded by Cmmr. Zapata to approve the August 2"d minutes as written. Motion carried 3-0. Discussion of Rules and Regulation Update Tim reviewed the proposed changes that are to be made to the Civil Service Rules and Regulations. Cmmr. Zapata made the motion, seconded by Cmmr. Bowman to approve the proposed changes to the Civil Service Rules and Regulations. Motion carried 3-0.
