Krueger made the motion, seconded by Cmmr. Wendt to approve the August 16,1999 minutes with the following correction: Cmmr. Krueger made the motion, seconded by Cmmr. Wendt to appoint Cmmr. Stott Chairperson. The motion carried. Cmmr. Krueger made the motion, seconded by Cmmr. Daniel to approve the regular and executive session minutes of the September 13, 1999 meeting as presented. The motion carried. Review of Probationary Period for Communications Operators Chief Miller presented an overview of reasons for requesting an extension of the probationary period for Communications Operators to a 12 month probationary period. •
