the public hearing and a Map Amendment Review prepared by the
Planning Department. The applicant presented the petition. No
objectors spoke . Mr . Wolff moved to recommend approval of
Petition 55-98 , subject to the conditions for approval as
outlined in the Map Amendment Review. Mr . Covey seconded the
motion, which w ad0pted by a vote of five you and zero no,
with Mr . Johnson abstaining .
SUMMARY OF PENDING APPLICATIONS : Mr . Armstrong gave a summary
of pending applications .

Findings of Fact - Petition 7-98_ Mr . Johnson moved to approve
the Findings of Fact for Petition 7-98 as submitted. Mr .
Wasilewski seconded the motion, which was adopted by a vote of
six yes and Zero no.
ADJOURNMENT: 'There being no further business , Chairman
Siljcstrom adjourned the meeting at 8 : 00 P .M.
