Petition signed by other objectors. Mt. Johnsonme ved to
recommend approval of Petition 26-98, subject to amended
conditions for approval. Mr. Pox seconded the motion, mwhich
was adapted by a vote of four yes and one no.
SUMMARY OF PENNING APPLICATIONS: Mr. Armstrong gave a summary
of pending applications .
OTHER BUSINESS:
Vinding pct - Petition 26-98: Mr. Johnson moved to approve
the Findings of Fact for Petition 26-98 as submitted . Mr.
Wasilewski seconded the motion, which was adopted by a vote Of
five yes and zero no.
AIJ0URNMENT: There being no further business, Chairman
Siljestrom adjourned the meeting at 6 : 15 P.M.
