IV. Eagles Property Plan: Randy Reopelle noted that the concept plan was completed a few years ago. The park way and road way will remain gravel. If asphalted we have to do compensatory work. Any pervious surface's runoff has to be controlled with a storm water maintenance system (pond retention). The park will be mostly a passive park. The southwest area hopefully can be a turf area for soccer, plus some native habitat restoration and a bridge over the creek so the maintenance crew can get across the creek to mow. Once the survey is complete, an alternate concept plan will be done. Per the City's agreement with Kane County Forest Preserve, who owns the property, construction of the park is to be completed by July 1, 2017. V.
